Welcome to UNTILS. By using this site (untils.pages.dev) you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you are under 18, please use UNTILS with a parent or guardian's permission.

USING UNTILS

You may play our games and use the site for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• misuse the site, or try to break, overload, scan or hack it;
• copy, scrape, resell or re-host the site, its games or its content without permission;
• use bots, scripts or other automated means to play, like games, or inflate counts;
• click on ads yourself in order to cause clicks or impressions on purpose, ask others to do so, or use any method that artificially generates ad clicks or views;
• upload or share anything illegal, harmful, hateful, sexual, misleading or that breaks someone else's rights;
• pretend to be another person or collect other people's information.

ACCOUNTS

Players and developers can create accounts. Please give correct information, keep your sign-in details safe, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

GAMES

Games are provided "as is" for fun. We may add, change or remove games at any time. Some games are made by third-party developers and belong to them. We review games before they go live, but we cannot promise that every game is free from errors or suits every age.

DEVELOPERS

If you upload a game to UNTILS, you confirm that:

• you own the game and everything in it, or you have permission to use it, including art, music, code and fonts;
• it has no malware, hidden tracking, or code meant to harm players or the site;
• it does not copy other games, brands or characters, and does not contain illegal, hateful, sexual or misleading content;
• it does not ask players for personal information without a clear reason and the player's agreement, and does not run its own ads or links that break our rules.

You give UNTILS a free, non-exclusive right to host, show, test, review and promote your game, name, icon and screenshots on UNTILS while it is on the site. You keep all ownership of your game. We may reject, hide or remove a game at any time, for example if it breaks these terms or the law. See our documentation for the full publishing rules.

ADS

UNTILS shows ads from third parties, including Google AdSense. Ads are labelled and are not endorsed by us. We are not responsible for the products, services or websites that advertisers promote. How ads use your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

OUR CONTENT

The UNTILS name, logo, designs, text and site code belong to UNTILS or its creators and are protected by copyright and other laws. Games from third-party developers belong to their respective owners. You may link to UNTILS, but you may not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we support you without our written permission.

COPYRIGHT AND TAKEDOWN

We respect the rights of others. If you believe content on UNTILS infringes your copyright or other rights, email [email protected] with: your name and contact details, what the work is, the link (URL) of the page on UNTILS, and a statement that you are the owner or are allowed to act for the owner. We will review it and, where right, remove or disable the content. We may close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.

FEEDBACK

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without having to pay you or give credit.

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

DISCLAIMER

UNTILS is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the site or any game will always work, be error-free, or be free of harmful code, or that saved progress will never be lost.
